The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed 204 new positive cases of COVID-19 in the country.
NCDC disclosed this in a tweet on Thursday night, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria to 1,932.
Giving the breakdown, the agency tweeted that the new cases were reported in different states as, “80-Kano, 45-Lagos, 12-Gombe, 9-Bauchi, 9-Sokoto, 7-Borno, 7-Edo, 6-Rivers, 6-Ogun, 4-FCT, 4-Akwa Ibom, 4-Bayelsa, 3-Kaduna, 2-Oyo, 2-Delta, 2-Nasarawa, 1-Ondo and 1-Kebbi.”
NCDC also reported that the total number of confirmed cases of the Coronavirus pandemic in Nigeria stands at 1,932 with 319 patients discharged and 58 deaths.
